Are you looking for volunteers to work in your organization and would therefore like to become a cooperation partner of the Volunteer Agency? This is how it works:

• You apply to become a cooperation partner of the Volunteer Agency. To do this, please fill out a declaration of consent. In it, you confirm, among other things, that you are committed to the values of the free democratic basic order, offer a permanent contact person for the volunteers and guarantee them insurance cover. (Please note that the volunteers must have liability insurance).
  
  Important: This declaration of consent only applies to organizations that do not belong to the Bonn city administration. Organizations belonging to the City of Bonn should contact us by e-mail at  freiwilligenagenturbonnde

• If you meet all the requirements, you will be accepted as a cooperation partner. The volunteer agency will arrange an initial meeting with you as soon as possible. If you wish, you can also receive our regular newsletter and be invited to exchange meetings.
• You can now create a volunteer application, which will be displayed in the database by the volunteer agency after it has been checked. (Please note that only submissions from registered cooperation partners can be published).
  
  You will receive a profile code that you can use later to reopen and change the profile. Interested parties can view the application on the Internet and will be referred to your profile during consultations with the volunteer agency if it falls within their area of interest. If volunteers are interested in working for you, the volunteer agency will put them in touch with you.

• The volunteers will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
• You arrange an initial meeting and a "trial appointment".
• If there is interest from both sides, you and the volunteer agree to work together.
• The volunteer agency will inform you about the placement in an informal e-mail.
