People who volunteer their time, labor and expertise free of charge. This commitment is by no means a matter of course, but for many organizations it is invaluable.
It is important that all volunteers have the opportunity to regularly deepen their knowledge by participating in appropriate training measures in addition to practical and theoretical training.
